چکیده

With the rise of Industry 4.0 technological trends, there is a growing tendency in manufacturing automation towards collaborative robots. Human-robot collaboration (HRC) motivated by combination complementary human and robot skills intelligence, which can increase productivity, flexibility adaptability. However, it still challenging to achieve safe efficient human-robot systems due dynamics presence, uncertainties dynamic environment, need for Such could relate capabilities availability, parts positioning, unexpected obstacles, etc. This paper develops time-based simulations event-based model analyse factors systems. The novelty this work systematic modelling analysis HRC scenarios through development digital while considering nature humans environments. A real-world industrial case study was redesigned into workstation. simulated scenario developed using software called Tecnomatix Process Simulate, help visualise impact on HRC. simulation illustrates analyses possible workstations, contribute future design workstations optimisation productivity.

Modelling of a Direct Drive Industrial Robot

For high-speed control of robots, a good knowledge of system modelling is necessary to obtain the desired bandwidth. In this paper, we present a cartesian robot with a pan/tilt unit in end-effector (5 dof). This robot is implemented with powerful direct drive AC induction machines. The dynamic model, parameter identification and model validation of the robot are studied (including actuators). T...

Human Preferences in Industrial Human-Robot Interactions

Joint-action is one of the key research areas in robotics and especially important in physical human-robot interaction. The two main criteria for robots, which should be integrated in everyday life, are safety and efficiency. Therefore, it is of particular interest to understand how humans work together in order to transfer the resulting facts from these studies to direct human-robot interactio...

Towards Modeling Real-Time Trust in Asymmetric Human-Robot Collaborations

We are interested in enhancing the efficiency of human-robot collaborations, especially in “supervisor-worker” settings where autonomous robots work under the supervision of a human operator. We believe that trust serves a critical role in modeling the interactions within these teams, and also in streamlining their efficiency. We propose an operational formulation of human-robot trust on a shor...

Modelling of constrained robot system with constraint uncertainties

In this paper, a model for the constrained robot dynamics, incorporating constraint uncertainties is developed. The rigid constraining surfaces are represented by a set of algebraic functions. The uncertainties in the constraint functions reflect the inaccuracy in the descriptions of the constraining surfaces. The constraint uncertainties influence the robot dynamics, giving rise to the need to...
